Situated at the edge of Chalandray on the N149 Poitiers to Parthenay route, this heavily upgraded campsite is owned and managed by Monica and Peter Baker, who offer you a warm and friendly welcome.

Monica and Peter are seasoned caravanners, and have been caravanning in France for over 30 years. They have on many occasions stayed in and around this area of France in recent years, and so they know exactly what you’re looking for.

The site re-opened in 2001 having been closed for a period of several years, with refurbished sanitary facilities and improved leisure activities. Now with even more on offer then ever before, there's plenty to keep the whole family entertained however long you stay with us!

During the past few summer seasons, our French visitors have described the site as « Magnifique » and « Tranquille », with the facilities being « très très bien »! If it's a relaxing holiday you're after, we guarantee you'll find it here at Camping du Bois de Saint Hilaire!
